Interregional Collaboration

This is a collaboration project between Region Stockholm and the five regions in East Central Sweden, co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund, Region Stockholm's regional development funds and implemented during 2022-2023. The project seeks to foster cross-border cooperation primarily between Stockholm and the five regions in East Central Sweden. This will enhance the prospects for transnational cooperation within the automotive industry, which will result in a faster green and digital transition in the sector as a whole, but particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises. The overall goal is to reinforce the large-scale regional cooperation between the Stockholm region and the East Central regions, accelerate the automotive industry’s green and digital transition, and thereby boost our global competitiveness.
